Southern sunshine. When she was eight, her family moved to nearby Cary, where she spent her
childhood dabbling in all sorts of fun – including a stint as a junior tennis player, where she cracked the state’s
top 40 for under-10s! But acting? That’s where her heart landed. It all started at age five with a
Winnie the Pooh musical at a local kids’ theater, thanks to her mom signing her up. By 12, a trip to see
Matilda the Musical on Broadway flipped a switch – she knew she wanted to be on stage, telling stories.

Fast forward to 2019, and Sarah made her pro debut in the North Carolina Theatre’s Annie.
She even snagged a gig voicing a new “Baby Shark” for Pinkfong – talk about a catchy start!
High school at Green Level in Cary was a blur of theater and dreaming big,
and by the time she graduated in 2024, she was ready to take on the world.

Working with director Ben Stiller was a game-changer.
At first, Sarah played Miss Huang timid and nervous – a kid out of her depth.
