The Thunderbolts* debut trailer features Louis Pullman’s The Sentinel for the first time.
Introduction: The Thunderbolts*
Marvel Studios has released the first
trailer for Thunderbolts, the final Phase
5 film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

(yes, that star is intentional; no, Marvel
Studios boss Kevin Feige has yet to explain why).
The trailer below begins with Elena
Belova, played by Florence Pugh, visiting
her father, the Red Guardian (David Harbour),
in a not-so-nice place. It’s clear that
neither character is happy with their
fate and both need stimulation.
Throughout the trailer, we see the team of anti-heroes
Throughout the trailer, we see the team of anti-heroes take on John Walker/U.S. Wyatt Russell as Agent, Hannah John-Kamen as Ava Starr/Costa and Antonia Dragov/Taskmaster Olga Kurylenko try to do their jobs. Even though they fight each other, it all depends on what happens to them. Sebastian Stan will reprise his role as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, and based on the trailer, we’ll see Bucky fight the Thunderbolts before becoming their true leader.
At one point we see Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, who controls the Thunderbolts. The highlight, however, is Louis Pullman’s first appearance as Bob, a security guard who gets flustered when the rest of the team show up unannounced.
Deadpool and Doppelganger Due to major personnel changes following a writers’ and actors’ strike and the film’s postponement from its planned 2024 release date, Yun was dropped from Thunderbolts due to scheduling conflicts. Wolverine is the only MCU film coming out this year.
The Sentry may be the most dangerous and powerful superhero in the Marvel Universe, but aside from a few mobile games like Marvel Puzzle Quest, Marvel Future Fight, and Marvel Snap, he has never appeared outside of Marvel Comics on the big screen.
Jake Schreier is directing Thunderbolts from a script by Lee Sung-jin, who has worked with Black Widow screenwriter Eric Pearson since the first project. David Harper previously said that Pearson had a “really cool” idea for a story that would “bomb” the MCU when it finally hits theaters.
