On this day, we remember and honour the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and leaders who fought tirelessly for India’s independence and its democratic future.

As students and future leaders, we must be aware of our responsibility towards our country. We should respect the symbols of our country, follow the laws and work for the betterment of the society. Remember that every small step counts, whether it is keeping your surroundings clean, helping the needy or speaking out against injustice.
