Important update on Concorde
Introduction: Important update
Dear Concorde fans – since we released
Concorde on PlayStation 5 and PC,
we have listened carefully to your feedback.
I would like to thank everyone who took
part in the North Star trip. Your support
and the passionate community that has
grown up around our games is very important to us.
While many aspects of the game resonated with players, we also know that other aspects of the game and its initial release were not fully appreciated. For this reason, we have now decided to consider options such as releasing the game offline from September 6, 2024 to reach players more effectively.
Sales of Concord will cease immediately while we determine the best course of action and issue a full refund to all players who purchased the game on PS5 or PC. If you purchased a PlayStation 5 game from PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
Customers who purchased from other digital stores will also receive a refund. For more information on Steam and Epic refunds, see below.
Steam Store. The Steam Store will issue refunds to players who purchased the game in the coming days. Steam will send you a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Epic Games Store. The Epic Games Store will issue refunds to players who purchased the game in the coming days and will contact all customers directly to process the refund.
Refunds to other retailers. For customers who purchased their copy directly from a non-PlayStation retailer, please review the refund procedures of the retailer you purchased it from.
After the refund, players will no longer have access to the game.
We’ll keep you updated and thanks again to all the free shooters who joined us at Concorde Galaxy.
